Unfortunately I can not book past March 2024 until we have the roof repair scheduled.

Unfortunately we will be scheduling the replacement of the roof of the units which will require all the units to be out of service for at least a week . As of now we are hoping that it will be either April or May but may be later this coming year. So for now I will not be booking past March 2024 until we have this scheduled.. The roof was damaged in hurricane Idelia and has to be done as soon as possible.

As of December 13th, I still am waiting to hear from contractor on dates. Until we get it scheduled I can not book anyone past March at this time.

Recent health update

Still dealing daily with my ulcerative colitis, I have iv treatment for it every 8 weeks. In addition to the UC , have frequent migraine headaches which can make me run behind with bookings and responding to emails, so Please be patient with me. I try to respond as I can . Thank you, Kathie
