• December: Dec. 10-16
• January 2010: Only Date Open is January 26-30 
• February 2010 is open for:  Feb 4-8,  Feb 19-28 ,  and Feb 27- March 5
• March 2010 is open for: March 1-7, March 6-11, March 17-21,  March 30- April 8.
• April is open for: April 3-12, April 12-21, April 15-24, April 16-25, April 18-27, April 22-May 1
• We are not booking after April at this time
• I will start Booking:   May 2010 Dates in December, June 2010 Dates in January, etc….  ( this is subject to change depending on number of early request I receive)
• You can always send in applications for the months I am not booking  and I will book requests as soon as I can.
• Please note these dates can not be combined to make one date. Since we have 4 units they are not combineable. Only one unit per booking unless your immediate family consist of more that 6 people ( you , your spouse and children only). And then it is subject to the two unit being open at the same time and Double all fees.
• NO DATES AVAILABLE is all dates are booked and if we get a last minute cancellation unfortunately we can not rebook those dates since it takes weeks to complete the application process

Please Note: You can stay less than the available dates but other than that the dates are not flexible. You Check in on the First Date after 3pm and Check out on the End Date no later that 10:30 AM

• One Queen Size Bed, Two twin beds and a pull out couch (Linens Provided)
• Two full baths ( Towels Provided)

In order to book dates:

• Completed Application must be received including reference on church letter head, reference form and appropriate IRS (US Treasury) paperwork  ( State Tax Paperwork or Tax exempt Certificate is not acceptable) If your church is part of a group exemption we need a letter from the group exemption holder stating that your church is currently part of their group exemption.
• Please make sure your reference is on church or organization letterhead.
• Please make sure you list yourself on Page 6 of application and the ages of all guests.
• As of January 2009 we can no longer accept Canadian Checks. Payment can be made via Paypal using visa or Mastercard. Or USD Money Order
• We need at least two weeks prior to dates to process application
• All Cleaning/Maintenance Fee and Deposit must be received prior to Arrival
•  ( 1-2 Guests $135, 3-4 Guests $180 or 5-6 Guests $225 )
• Dates will go to the first complete approved application that requests them.
• Dates on Blog are not flexible.
