I will start Booking: Due to Number of early requests for January- May 2012 schedules have filled up . June dates left after early submissions will be posted in Mid February etc… ( this is subject to change depending on number of early request I receive) Please note our office is closed on Friday- Sunday and on holidays. You can always send in applications for the months I am not booking and I will book requests as soon as I can. Please check status of your application on blog for missing paperwork.

Effective January 31, 2011, If Immediate family consists of more that 6 people ( Parents and Children Under 18 years of age ) We can book 2 units only between the months of September thru December. January thru August all applicants are limited to One Unit with a maximum occupancy of 6 people in unit including all children and infants.

Booking are processed only once a completed approved application and all require paperwork is received . Date preference goes to first application to complete the above process. Do not ask us to hold dates.

If you have family or Friend that are also applying for the same time period as you are please limit the overlapping dates as much as possible. We very rarely have two units open at the same time. Also please make note on your application that you would like to have some of the same days as (?).

It is up to the applicant to make sure all required paperwork is received.

- If application does not have pg 2 thru 4 filled out completely and ledgibly (Application will be rejected) If application is not the current application it will also be rejected and in current format
- If Reference Form and reference letter typed on Church LetterHead is not received within 2 weeks of receiving application ( If not application will be rejected)
- If a copy of your Church’s or Missionary Organization’s IRS 501(C)3 Determination Letter is not received with in 2 week of application receipt ( If not Application will be rejected)
- If your church is part of a larger group that has a Group Exemption with the IRS that letter also must be received within two weeks of application receipt ( If not Application will be rejected)

- Please Note: You can stay less than the available dates but other than that the dates are not flexible. You Check in on the First Date after 3pm and Check out on the End Date no later that 10:30 AM
